As a Consultant - Marketing Communications, will be responsible for developing the go-to-market plan and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns for our product suite in the Philippines. Working closely with marketing, product, sales and corporate communications associates, this role will be responsible for demand generation efforts across our product portfolio, developing and distributing marketing materials, overseeing content development for the website and other proprietary channels, and driving brand and product communications programs.
What You'll Bring:
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, brand management, or content strategy.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Proficiency in content creation, storytelling, and brand messaging.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., CMS, email platforms, social media management tools).
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for brand building.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing within [industry, e.g., tech, finance, FMCG].
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing metrics.
- Experience working with agencies or external vendors.
Impact You'll Make:
- Work closely with international marketing center of excellence (CoE) and external vendors to develop marketing programs and materials including product assets, web pages and social content, etc. to support sales and product strategies and meet business objectives
- Leverage global and regional business initiatives and research findings to build brand and thought leadership
- Close collaboration with global and local internal stakeholders to support sales and marketing activities to achieve business goals
- Maintain the marketing budget, measure against KPIs, develop project plans and status reports, and serve as the contact point for assigned projects
- Deliver high quality deliverables in compliance with company policy, procedures and guidelines.
- Work on budgeting, financial processing and reporting of marketing expense.
