About the Role
FareHarbor is seeking a highly-motivated and organized Project Manager to support the Connectivity department. This role will own the execution of the supply strategies with aid in additional projects that contribute to Connectivity department objectives. The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience with stakeholder management and the ability to manage high-priority projects in a fast paced environment.
What you’ll do here:
- Work alongside Connectivity leadership to execute defined supply strategies with top OTA partners
- Effectively initiate, plan, and execute large scale projects
- Work with stakeholders at Online Travel Agencies to execute projects in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain and update all project documentation and identify areas to improve efficiency and communication
- Own all steps of organizing internal and external communications
- This includes working with Accounting, Account Management, BI, Onboarding, Product, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Support and potentially other teams to ensure all stakeholders are aware of project progress, expectations and timelines
- Work closely with Client Engagement and Product Marketing on external communication, timelines and execution
- Capable of managing and completing multiple, time-sensitive tasks effectively to meet set deadlines.
- Track overall success metrics of each project and identify areas of improvement for the future
- Interpret and summarize detailed information to provide regular, high-level updates to the Leadership Team.
- Become a subject matter expert on FareHarbor’s OTA integrations
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Operations, Project Management or relevant experience, preferably at a fast-paced SaaS company
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and utilize metrics and KPIs to drive project success and implement operational and delivery enhancements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with both internal and external stakeholders
- Independent and mature worker with a natural sense of urgency and ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working cross-functionally and in a culturally diverse work environment.
- Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple urgent or internally escalated tasks.
Preferred
- Prior experience with API connections or distribution with Online Travel Agencies
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) or experience writing SQL queries

Salary Range: $75,762-$113,643, plus 10% bonus potential
