About this opportunity:
Radio Software strives to be the most driven Radio Network R&D unit in the industry. We work in an agile setup to develop and maintain competitive, high quality Radio products which give our customers solutions securing future growth. We develop 5G, LTE, WCDMA, GSM and CDMA Network solutions to operators all over the world.
What you will do:
- Developing manual and automated test strategies and test cases
- Identifying required lab configuration and test tool requirements
- Creating, reviewing, and updating test documentation,
- Configuring a lab environment to test product functionality,
- Execution of test cases according to a planned execution profile,
- Documenting results including any observed software, hardware or procedural issues.
- Troubleshoot to identify and classify faults, and fix when possible.
- Working as part of a product verification team to verify product functionality,
- Interfacing with teams from design and Product support.
The skills you bring:
- Entering 3rd or 4th year at Bachelor or Master Program in Electrical or Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
- Solid programming knowledge (Python, JAVA)
- Backgournd in C++ valuable.
- Preferred if you have experience with
- Automation tools (Python, JCAT)
- Analysis tools (Signal Analyzer, Signal Generator, Oscilloscope, IXIA, VIAVI UE Simulators)
- Operations, Administration and Maintenance (OA&M)
- Internet data protocol (IPv4, IPv6)
- Radio telecommunication system (5G NR, LTE, WCDMA, GSM)
- Hands on experience working in lab will be asset
- Some RF knowledge
- English language proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Self-motivated, driven, result oriented, team player.
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Open minded and proactive attitude
- Ability to understand and propose solutions for new and complex problems.
