Business area Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) - Enterprise 5G (E5G) delivers end-to-end private network solutions that enable secure, reliable, high-performance connectivity for enterprise digital transformation. Within E5G, Neutral Host focuses on closing indoor coverage gaps and enabling multiple mobile network operators to share a single infrastructure in venues such as enterprises, campuses, transportation hubs, and large venues. As a Solution Introduction Specialist - Neutral Host, you will own the technical design and introduction of our neutral host wireless offerings in the US market. You will translate customer, regulatory and business requirements into commercially viable, end-to-end multi-operator solutions that support profitable growth for Ericsson and an outstanding experience for our customers and partners.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end solution analysis and design for neutral host deployments across radio (RAN/small cells/DAS), transport, core integration, orchestration, automation and IT/OSS/BSS.
- Engage customers (MNOs, neutral host providers, tower/real-estate companies, enterprises) to understand technology strategy, spectrum approach, venue profiles, SLAs and regulatory constraints (e.g., FCC, CBRS).
- Develop and present solution proposals, reference architectures and value-based storytelling for Ericsson's neutral host portfolio, supporting commercial discussions and clarifying scope and trade-offs.
- Define and agree detailed technical requirements, security and regulatory compliance; drive solution reviews, approvals and risk analysis, proposing mitigation actions.
- Specify acceptance criteria and billable acceptance milestones in line with Statements of Work.
- Support deployment and lifecycle, guiding delivery teams on architecture and integration, and providing solution ownership through rollout, optimization and operations evolution.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners (e.g., small cell/DAS, building infrastructure, fiber, cloud) on integration strategy, technical interfaces and performance responsibilities.
- Feed market and solution insights back to Product Development and Portfolio teams, influencing roadmap and US-specific requirements.
- Share best practices, coach colleagues and contribute to internal communities and thought leadership on neutral host solutions.
The skills you bring
Core profile
- Deep understanding of telecom market trends, customer business drivers and leading technologies in RAN, core and network management (indoor solutions a strong asset).
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex IT/telecom solutions, covering both architecture and hands-on integration aspects.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage demanding stakeholders and advocate for customer needs across a global organization.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, including negotiation and argumentation.
- Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills, with resilience in high-pressure environments and a drive to innovate and improve processes.
- Experience working in highly collaborative, multicultural matrix teams.
Qualifications & experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, customer-facing and/or leadership roles in Telecommunications or IT.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with software and hardware support for IT or telecom solutions.
- Fluent in English.
Good to have:
- Experience with neutral host solutions and indoor systems such as Ericsson Radio Dot System.

Your Pay
The salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is
• Ottawa, ON: $97,000- $127,050
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of the Deluxe medical and dental plan coverages for themselves and eligible covered dependents.

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions offers a 50% match of employee's contribution into the Registered Retirement Savings Plan, up to 6% of the employee's contribution (maximum of 4% match). Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, 3-5 personal days (depending on role), 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
