We're seeking a dynamic and results-obsessed Client Success Lead to spearhead our most critical agency and advertiser relationships, with Turkey as your primary market and additional emerging markets in the future. You'll be the strategic linchpin, empowering agencies and brands to achieve performance at scale through our comprehensive, end-to-end service. This isn't just a client role; it's a chance to shape the future of our vital partnerships across the region — driving transformative growth, while identifying and managing long-term strategic partnerships and consistently unlocking new business opportunities.

We're specifically looking for someone who comes from the agency and/or brand side — a person who has sat in our clients' seats, understands how budgets are won and decisions are made, and brings that perspective into every conversation.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • A background on the agency and/or brand (advertiser) side — you've built campaigns, managed clients or owned marketing from within, and you understand the agency and brand mindset from the inside
  • Major plus; Experience leading a major automotive, large-scale tourism or health client on the agency side — or having worked in-house at a brand within one of those verticals; candidates with this background will stand out
  • 7+ years of experience in a results-driven, client-facing role within digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful brand case studies
  • A strong understanding of KPI-based campaign management and optimization, with a track record of exceeding client goals
  • Expertise in pipeline development and precise forecasting, driving predictable revenue growth
  • In-depth knowledge of the Turkish digital ecosystem and media agency landscape, with a genuine passion for online marketing; exposure to other emerging markets is an advantage
  • Experience managing diverse agency portfolios, prioritizing clients based on potential and driving portfolio growth
  • A keen ability to identify and articulate opportunities for clients to achieve significant scale
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and reports
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • A proactive, ambitious self-starter who creates their own momentum and goes after growth rather than waiting for it
  • Excellent technological skills or the ability to quickly learn and master new technologies
  • Fluency in Turkish is required; additional regional languages are a plus
How you’ll make an impact:

As a Client Success Lead, you’ll bring value by:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to our top agency and brand clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives. You'll develop and execute tailored strategies to drive growth, scale campaigns, and ensure alignment with client KPIs
  • Initiating and building strong client relationships with an eye toward uncovering new business possibilities within your existing Book of Business
  • Diving deep into campaign data, uncovering actionable insights and creating compelling reports that demonstrate the value of the Taboola platform — using those insights to guide strategic recommendations and optimize campaign performance
  • Proactively educating clients on best practices, new product features, and optimization strategies, empowering them to become experts on our platform and achieve their campaign goals
  • Providing first-level technical support, assisting with campaign setup, conversion tracking, and targeting; collaborating with our Ad Ops team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, driving revenue growth through new product adoption and deeper account penetration
  • Conducting regular client meetings, QBRs, and agency roadshows across Turkey and the wider region, building strong relationships with key stakeholders from day-to-day contacts to C-level executives
  • On-Site Collaboration & Client Engagement: Spending dedicated time working from client offices, fostering deeper relationships and providing real-time support. Attending industry events and social gatherings, representing Taboola as a key marketing partner
  • Being a passionate advocate for your agency and brand partners within our organization, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard

Skills Required

  • 10+ years in a client-facing digital marketing role with a portfolio of successful brand case studies
