Job Description
The Client Engineer is part of the Delivery – Client Engagement organization and acts as a technical‑functional consultant responsible for leading customized development initiatives for strategic clients. This role ensures end‑to‑end delivery of tailored solutions that generate business value and sustainable revenue.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience leading end‑to‑end customized development projects
- Strong background in functional requirements elicitation and documentation
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical, build‑ready requirements
- Solid project management skills, managing scope, timelines, cost, and risks
- Strong communication skills with clients and executive stakeholders
Whether you already possess them or are continuing to develop, we’ll support your growth in:
- Project management methodologies (PMI and/or Agile frameworks such as Scrum)
- Advanced use of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Experience working in multicultural environments
- Ability to deliver high‑impact executive presentations
- Intermediate English proficiency
Impact You'll Make:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Commercial and Consulting teams to design and deliver customized solutions aligned with client Critical Business Issues (CBIs). You will coordinate internal teams across analysis, development, implementation, and support, while managing documentation, change control, and post‑implementation activities.
