En tant que chasseur, vous effectuerez un ensemble de tâches en lien avec le service de conciergerie du Hilton Québec et contribue à une expérience globale exceptionnelle pour les clients. Un chasseur/portier/valet joue un rôle important dans les premières impressions de nos clients, c'est pourquoi il doit observer les plus hauts standards.
Responsibilities- Offrir un service et de l’assistance de haut niveau en tout temps aux invités et être présent dans le hall pour procurer un service courtois et attentionné
- Garantir que les clients individuels et les groupes reçoivent un service rapide, efficace et amical
- Monter à la chambre les bagages des clients et les descendre lors du départ du client, sur demande
- Lors d’arrivée de groupes en autobus, manipuler les bagages et les monter dans les chambres des clients à l’aide de chariots
- Assurer que l’équipe de la réception reçoit toutes les rétroactions pertinentes des clients ou des autres services
- Assurer efficacement la manutention et l’entreposage à court et long termes des bagages des invités et clients au départ et à l’arrivée
- Saluer chaleureusement tous les invités dans les espaces et salles publiques.
- Attitude positive et d'excellentes compétences en communication
- Anglais parlé et écrit de niveau avancé
- Excellentes connaissances de la ville de Québec et des activités
- Capacité à travailler des heures flexibles (travail sur les quarts de jour, de soir et de nuit, incluant les fins de semaine)
- Capacité à travailler sous pression
- Capacité à travailleur seul ou en équipe
- Engagement à répondre aux demandes des clients et offrir un haut niveau de service
- Présentation impeccable
- Détenir une expérience de travail antérieure dans un hôtel, idéalement en tant que chasseur/valet/portier
