The Role
Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our RevOps team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced operational environment, working across key areas such as sales operations, compensation and planning, and operational excellence. As a student in this role, you will directly support the Central RevOps team while collaborating with regional teams, gaining broad exposure to a range of operational functions. The experience gained will provide valuable insights into business operations and strategy, and allow you to build relationships across departments, setting the stage for future career growth.

About The Role
  • Assist the RevOps team with sales operations hygiene, including maintaining clean records and hierarchy in Salesforce.
  • Address first-line compensation inquiries and ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Support headcount operations hub maintenance and help with headcount planning.
  • Assist with uploads to Salesforce and ensure data integrity.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to improve sales productivity.
  • Provide analytical support to RevOps and business teams by identifying trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare data-driven insights and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members to create reports for senior leadership.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with regional RevOps teams to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide operational insights to enhance overall sales effectiveness.



Requirements
  • 2nd-3rd year students studying industrial engineering, economics, accounting, or business management at top universities.
  • Previous experience in a large tech company, especially in a fast-paced, operational, or analytical role, is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in English. 
  • Experience working in English in a business environment is required.
  • Independent & self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
  • Quick to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Extremely accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Curious, with a proactive approach to asking questions and seeking knowledge.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel & Google Sheets proficiency).
  • Technical orientation with experience using business tools and software
