The Role
The Business Services Specialist I position will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of incoming vehicle titles and associate documents by prepping and scanning titles into the system, verifying VIN information, associating titles to individual barcoded folders, filing and retrieving folders, auditing the title inventory, and shipping/releasing of titles.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Process/sort/deliver incoming mail.
  • Data entry.
  • Prepare titles and associated documents for scanning.
  • Scan/Verify/Associate titles with barcoded folders.
  • File folders in a secured vault repository.
  • Retrieve folders/documents from a secure vault repository.
  • Print waybills and ship/release outgoing titles.
  • Operate mail processing equipment.
  • Cleaning equipment. (i.e. scanners)
  • Organize workspace.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Generally, less than 2 years of experience
  • Must have strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented.
  • Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude is required.
  • Must be adaptable and adjust to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; change approach and method to best fit the situation; and adapt to frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
  • Must be able to monitor their own work to ensure quality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Must complete work in a timely manner and be able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Follows policies and procedures, completes administrative tasks entirely and on time, and supports the organization's goals and values.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach for and pulling folders for long periods of time.
  • Ability to perform routine and repetitive production work.
  • Ability to lift-up to 35lbs, and push/pull up to1200lbs on lift jack.

Work Environment:
  • Office environment
  • Noise level can be loud at times.

USD 16.59 - 24.86 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $16.59 - $24.86/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
