WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Primary Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Manages and executes complex, end-to-end analytics projects - from requirements gathering through delivery - including Fleet lead strategy, performance reporting, and opportunity analyses
- Develops account-level analytics and segmentation to support Fleet go-to-market strategy, including identification of high-potential acquisition targets, at-risk accounts, and growth opportunities within existing relationships
- Builds and maintains a Fleet whitespace model to quantify untapped potential at the account level
- Leads the development of self-service reporting and Fleet performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights on account performance, whitespace, market trends, and buy/sell behavior for sales teams.
- Consultatively delivers insights and recommendations to Fleet sales leadership that inform territory design, account prioritization, and revenue strategy
- Develops and recommends continuous process improvement initiatives for the Business Intelligence team.
- Works closely with stakeholders from multiple functions to identify systemic issues and challenges facing key segments of the business.
- Identifies and/or develops investigative methodologies for addressing issues and challenges.
- Manages and executes large and complex projects from start to finish.
- Consultatively delivers manageable datasets / reports and/or data generated insights and recommendations with the potential for transforming business direction and decision-making.
- Works with Metrics & Reporting, IT, Engineering and other technical teams to help shape and drive further development of Cox's Business Intelligence infrastructure, including data warehousing, reporting and analytics platforms.

Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge and skills
- Strong preference for Atlanta based candidates
- Internal candidates must be located on the East Coast
- Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field; or a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 years' experience in a related field; or 14 years' experience in a related field.
- Must have 6 years of experience working within Business Intelligence
- Skilled in analytical thinking, business acumen, consulting, data gathering and reporting and project administration & management.
- Skilled in building partnerships, collaborating with intent, communicating with consideration, developing trust and driving innovation.
- Other duties as needed or required.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL with demonstrated ability to write complex queries across multiple database platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI to create visualizations from disparate data sources. strong preference for Power BI
- Experience using Gen AI tools frequently (Co-pilot, Claude, Github) in professional setting
USD 101,500.00 - 169,100.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $101,500.00 - $169,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
