Role Summary
We’re looking for a third BDR to join our NYC-based team and help strengthen our presence in the North American market. You’ll work closely with, and be coached by, the BDR Team Lead, following an established playbook that’s helping the team hit quota quarter after quarter.
Compensation: $65k to $75k base + variable (80/20) + Stock-Options*
Location: hybrid 3 days/week in our Chelsea office with quarterly Paris office visits (fully expensed)
About the role
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Run targeted outbound across email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified pipeline in key verticals.
- Qualify inbound leads and partner with the Head of Sales and AEs to ensure clean handoffs and strong deal progression.
- Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to identify high-potential accounts and keep pipeline visibility high.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, test campaigns, and improve what converts.
- Consistently hit monthly pipeline targets while keeping activity and data accurately logged in HubSpot.
About you
- You have 1–2 years of experience in a corporate environment. Ideally as a BDR, SDR, or similar role, in B2B SaaS or API-first environments.
- You’re fluent in English and a strong communicator: concise, engaging, and persuasive.
- You’re data-driven, curious, and adaptable.
- You’re familiar with outbound tools like Apollo, Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and comfortable analyzing results.
- You’re proactive, self-starting, and excited to test, learn, and build.
- You’re enthusiastic about AI and what it makes possible.
