Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Develop React or Next.js interfaces, Node.js or Python services, and REST APIs; optimize MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis; integrate AI/LLM capabilities; containerize applications; maintain CI/CD pipelines; write tests; resolve production issues; conduct code reviews; mentor junior developers; and collaborate in Agile teams.

Create product-focused content across landing pages, UX copy, help documentation, release notes, product marketing, and SEO. Collaborate with product, design, development, and marketing teams to understand users, clarify product value, maintain brand voice, and improve content using analytics and feedback. The role requires strong technical communication, editing, proofreading, product thinking, and familiarity with AI writing tools and content platforms.

Serves as the company’s first point of contact by welcoming visitors, managing calls, emails, meeting rooms, couriers, and visitor records. Supports administrative documentation and HR interview coordination, maintains the reception area, and monitors office supplies. Requires strong English communication, organization, multitasking, professionalism, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or CRM tools.

The Senior SDET will design test strategies, develop automation frameworks, conduct manual and automated testing for web, API, and backend while collaborating with the development team for quality assurance.

Drive lead generation and client acquisition via Upwork, LinkedIn and other platforms; conduct discovery calls and presentations; manage CRM pipeline; close deals and meet revenue targets; support account retention, upselling and cross-selling while coordinating with internal teams.

Generate leads via Upwork and networking, qualify client requirements, communicate with prospects by message/email/call, assist with proposals, maintain CRM records and sales pipeline (Salesforce), track sales activities, and support sales planning and growth strategies alongside management.
