Are you ready to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and global environment?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Application Specialist to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our financial and operational business processes through advanced information systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about driving change, we want to hear from you!
About The RoleIn this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology. You will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing our diverse ecosystem of business applications, with a strong focus on finance, budgeting, HR, and sales incentive programs.
This is a true end-to-end role: you will sit with business stakeholders to analyze and characterize complex processes, translate them into technical requirements, and then roll up your sleeves to implement and build them directly within the systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization & Analysis: Partner with Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to map, analyze, and characterize business processes from end to end.
- Hands-on Implementation: Lead the setup, configuration, and implementation of various business applications (including financial tools, workflow automation platforms, and sales compensation systems).
- Compensation & Incentives Management: Translate complex sales commission structures, targets, and goals into scalable system logic and automated workflows.
- AI & Automation Integration: Identify opportunities to streamline business operations by integrating AI tools and automated workflows into current systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the technical focal point for system improvements, solution design, and continuous optimization initiatives across departments.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Applications Specialist, Systems Implementer, Business Systems Analyst, or a similar hands-on systems-focused role.
- Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of corporate business processes, specifically in the domains of finance, budgeting, HR planning, or sales incentives/targets.
- Hands-on Technical Capability: Proven track record of configuring, implementing, and customizing enterprise business applications and automation tools (e.g., NetSuite, Pigment, Salesforce, CaptivateIQ, Workato, n8n, or similar systems).
- AI Expertise (Must-Have): Proven, hands-on experience leveraging AI tools, LLMs, or AI-driven automation within business processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to take complex, manual business requirements and break them down into structured, automated, and modern system flows.
- Communication Skills: Strong Hebrew and English (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to business stakeholders.
- Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, specializing in Information Systems, or a related field – an advantage.
