How you will contribute
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all Indirect Taxes deliverables performed by external providers across assigned regions and countries.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable country jurisdictions and the company's indirect tax policy.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to create and maintain a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) calendar for Indirect Taxes deliverables, based on statutory deadlines and agreed review rules.
  • Facilitate and support the timely provision of necessary inputs and reviews from internal stakeholders within the organization.
  • Monitor and review the timeliness of Indirect Taxes reporting to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Lead Service Level Agreement (SLA) governance and operational calls with service providers.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of indirect tax processes by external providers, ensuring required accuracy levels are maintained.
  • Follow up on corrective measures and implement improvements as needed to address any issues or discrepancies.

What you will bring
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: University Degree in Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Finance/Taxes, preferably within a multinational company with multi-country scope.
  • Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage a variety of topics and engage with stakeholders across different seniority levels.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong understanding and knowledge of SAP.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Language: Fluent spoken and written English.
