Job Description

Do you dream of impacting kids lives through Learning Through Play? LEGO Education is changing the way kids learn in the classroom and is introducing a new way for kids to learn Science and other core curriculum subjects. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of our Brand expansion and experience the impact we have on students and educators.
 

We do not offer relocation for this position
 

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand architecture, brand identity and brand voice & guidelines for the LEGO Education entity, differentiated from the Masterbrand, but aligned with the TLG requirements and processes

  • Lead lifestyle photography and video requirements and deliverables that support brand and/or products

  • Develop guidelines in collaboration with the legal team for how 3rd parties (e.g., strategic partners, international resellers, sub-sellers, publishers, end customers) can use the LEGO Education brand

  • Conduct onboarding trainings for 3rd parties to ensure the brand identity is well understood, recognized and adopted (Resellers)

  • Enable all employees to use the brand via onboarding programs, tools and collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Product Experience and Global Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Drive product naming and applications process (where relevant), working closely with product marketing, the product team, legal team, TLG brand team, and create usage guidelines

  • Manage content repository for internal/external customers, ensure one place for final content/materials.

  • Consult & provide case-by-case brand support to various team within the organization

  • Champion brand stewardship

The LEGO Education Brand team is part of the Global Marketing team within LEGO Education. The responsibilities cover brand building and campaign development for LEGO Education both in the markets, and internally within The LEGO Group. We are a global force of Learning Through Play in formal education, and our mission is to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow, enabling every student to succeed.
 

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings a sound knowledge of brand architecture, hierarchy and visual identity development & implementation, ideally from managing a top tier brand. In addition, you bring:

  • Strategic attitude, with strong partner management and collaborative skills

  • Ability to understand and articulate the impact of Brand visual identity to the business

  • Methodical approach, analytical mentality and solid project management experience

  • Experience working with 3rd party resellers to implement brand identity

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Excellent ability to navigate content management tools and manage partners to the best leverage tools.

  • Creative, agency management experience

You are highly creative, with an appetite to try new things and push boundaries and bring a good learning agility with well-practiced problem solving and resourcefulness. Finally, you are a skilled relationship builder with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility within a wide variety of people and backgrounds.
