Primary Duties / Key Responsibilities• Address customer inquiries & requests, account reviews, & other inbound billing related inquiries from external customers followed by documenting related discussions & research• Research & verify customer issues with internal teams to determine root cause & warranted remediation• Clearly & concisely present information in verbal or written form to internal & external customers• Other projects & billing related customer responsibilities as needs arise
Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge & Skills• High school diploma/GED with 2+ years of billing-related experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. Any level degree or certification beyond HS Diploma or GED will have 1+ year of relevant experience.• Ability to articulate issues, document resolution, & recognize when to escalate• Strong written & verbal communication skills required• Effective accounting, organizational, attention to detail, & time management skills required• Excellent computer & software knowledge essential, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, with Oracle• Experience working with customers or vendors to resolve issues with an excellent customer service track record
USD 16.59 - 24.86 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $16.59 - $24.86/hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the hourly range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of .
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.

Skills Required
