We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.
We are looking for an innovation-driven pioneer to lead the most ambitious transformation in our data history. About The RoleYou will lead the pivot from "table builders" to Autonomous Data Strategists, owning the organization's single source of truth—a knowledge layer that is structured, unstructured, always available, and always accurate. By orchestrating a fleet of AI-powered agents, you will ensure the BI division becomes a proactive service center where data and insights are never the bottleneck. You will establish the governed semantic layer that allows the entire company to operate from one aligned truth, matching the speed of the business while elevating the quality of every decision made.
