Job Description:
As an Associate III, Sales Support you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and supporting the sales team. Your responsibilities include:
Order Entry & Management
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Verify product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Review and validate order details to ensure compliance with company policies.
Order releasing
Sales Support
Provide administrative support to inside sales representatives.
Coordinate with sales management and customer service to handle order changes and escalations.
Account Monitoring
Track overall account activity for assigned customer groups.
Generate reports on market conditions, sales performance, and team metrics.
Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with internal teams
Communicate order status and updates to stakeholders.
Handle routine issues and escalate complex ones when needed.
Qualifications:
College graduate of course; if High School Diploma, should have at least 3 years functional experience.
Preferably with at least 1 year Order Management experience, or Customer Service BPO experience
Background in supply chain or IT distribution industry is a huge advantage
Good English communication skills
Knowledgeable with MS Excel, CRM, or Zendesk
Willing to work on night shift (Canada time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly
