This role emphasizes leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency, inform strategic decision-making, and position the Data and Analytics (DnA) organization for sustained growth and competitive advantage. We are looking for an AI leader to drive Platform Intelligence and AI-enabled structured data capabilities across enterprise platforms. This role sits at the intersection of Data Science, Product Management, and Domain Intelligence, responsible for shaping content to transform regulatory, customer, and market requirements into scalable, machine-first solutions that drive innovation and excellence across the organization. Accountabilities:
•Lead the development of intelligent frameworks and architectures that integrate data science, AI, and ML, enhancing overall product capabilities.
•Create advanced, cloud-based systems for classifying content using AI/ML techniques, improving discoverability and standardization across products.
•Oversee governance of the content lifecycle, ensuring consistency and mapping integrity across platforms through data-driven insights.
•Collaborate with product leadership to embed AI-driven content intelligence into the product roadmap and align it with business objectives.
•Implement AI and ML methods for enriching metadata and improving content classification, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
•Utilize cloud-based tools to streamline workflows for content ingestion, validation, enrichment, and delivery, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
•Serve as a strategic liaison between product teams, data science, engineering, and domain experts to align technical execution with business goals.
•Develop and apply agentic AI frameworks that empower autonomous decision-making within products, enhancing user engagement and experience.
•Mentor and lead ops support and enablement teams, fostering skills in product design, structured content modeling, and the execution of AI-driven workflows for high-quality outcomes for DnA organization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent working experience.
• Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 15+ years in product, engineering, or technical leadership
• Superior engineering/architecture fluency
• Systems thinking and ability to scale product quality in AI Driven workflows
• Exceptional abilities in operating and managing complex/matrix team structures
