Join us to help creatively transform one of the world’s most beloved and iconic brands! We’re looking for a modern creative leader with a strong copywriting background who is ready to take the step of a lifetime as an Associate Creative Director at Our LEGO Agency (OLA). Based in Copenhagen, you will join the dynamic, award-winning Masterbrand team working on some of the biggest global LEGO Brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives. 

Through your creative leadership, strategic thinking, and passion for powerful brand storytelling, you’ll help shape innovative, playful and culturally relevant ideas that elevate the LEGO brand globally. This role combines hands-on creative leadership with people management, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class creative work across integrated platforms and experiences.

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Lead global Masterbrand campaigns across the OESP ecosystem, delivering creative excellence across all touchpoints. 

  • Partner with strategy teams to shape inspiring creative briefs aligned to global business and marketing goals. 

  • Drive integrated global campaigns from concept to execution, leading storytelling, messaging and creative direction through a copy-led lens. 

  • Guide creative work across copy, design and content to ensure culturally relevant, fit-for-platform execution. 

  • Mentor and inspire creative teams through collaborative leadership and clear creative feedback. 

  • Oversee production, agency/vendor partnerships and final asset delivery. 

  • Champion innovative storytelling across social, digital, experiential and emerging platforms. 

  • Build strong relationships with OLA Masterbrand leadership, OLA LT and senior LEGO Group stakeholders to drive alignment and creative ambition. 

  • Stay connected to culture, trends and evolving media behaviours to keep work modern and audience-first.

  • Strong background in copywriting, concept development and integrated global campaigns. 

  • Strategic storyteller with the ability to create culturally relevant, emotionally engaging brand ideas. 

  • Strong and playful creative leadership, communication and presentation skills. 

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within agency or in-house environments. 

  • Portfolio demonstrating global award-winning creative excellence, storytelling craft and integrated thinking across brand, digital, social and experiential work. 

  • Strong understanding of modern media, audience-first communication and platform-native storytelling. 

  • High level of craft, attention to detail and passion for creativity and culture.
