Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Uniquely Yours.
As Director Planning Transformation, you will lead the transformation of our planning processes across Europe, with a focus on deploying o9, a next-generation digital platform, leveraging AI/ML technologies, and unlocking the full value of enterprise data. This is a senior leadership role where you will partner closely with regional and global supply chain, MDS (IT), commercial and data teams to build best-in-class digital capabilities that drive better service, agility, and cost performance.
As a strategic thinker who challenges non-value-added activities, you challenge cross-functional teams to identify and improve processes and to prevent repeated losses that hinder us from achieving our goals. You help us recognize business improvement opportunities, lead initiatives, and deliver results using the tools and techniques associated with continuous improvement.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Lead the end-to-end digital transformation of planning processes in the E2E supply chain, from demand forecasting to supply, inventory, and IBP.
  • Lead the implementation and scaling of the o9 advanced planning solution, fully integrated with our global ERP and data platforms.
  • Drive innovation in planning through AI/ML-enabled forecasting, demand sensing, autonomous planning, and scenario modeling.
  • Collaborate with data, IT, and business teams to develop a strong data foundation and real-time analytics capabilities.
  • Define the digital roadmap for supply chain planning and lead cross-functional execution across Europe.
  • Serve as a change agent and digital champion across the organization, driving adoption and capability building.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of solution owners, data engineers, and transformation leads.
  • Ensure that capabilities and processes are deployed effectively and users have a great experience
  • Redesign non-added value work processes, making sure individuals are fully capable of managing new processes in their daily routines

What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
  • Advanced Planning Tool Implementation: Hands-on experience with o9 implementation preferred. Alternatively experience with Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or similar; leading global rollouts.
  • AI/ML in Planning: Examples of AI/ML use (demand sensing, forecasting, segmentation); familiarity with MLOps environments.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Has led end-to-end transformation across people, process, tech; worked in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Data & Analytics Acumen: Understands enterprise data architecture, governance, data lakes, and integration with planning tools.
  • CPG Industry Planning Experience: Knows CPG dynamics: short shelf life, promo-driven demand, multi-market complexity.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Ability to influence senior leaders, manage change, drive adoption in cross-functional teams.
  • Cultural Fit: Experience working across Europe; multilingual or culturally adaptive.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain, digital transformation, or planning systems leadership roles in the CPG industry.
