Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams in an "agile type setting to social listening insights that inform planning
cycles, briefs, and strategic decision-making. This role will also be able to function independently in this capacity. - Partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to build and execute against detailed timelines that ensure all insight deliverables and reports will make assigned presentation dates.
- Support social and influencer programs through insights and daily analysis.
- Partner with Brand Marketing to ensure social insights and reporting are aligned to brand priorities, business goals, and strategic narratives.
- Serve as internal subject-matter expert on social listening methodologies, platform-specific behaviors, sentiment
analysis, and emerging cultural and category trends. - Work closely with cross functional teams like PR, Comms, Brand Marketing, Creative Production and others to execute a 360 omni-channel experience.
- Provide a variety of reporting across campaigns and channel performance as well as ad hoc social listening
reporting, competitive insights and actionable recommendations. - On a rotational basis handle on-call duties for social team which includes community engagements and partnering with public relations for crisis communications and/or issues.
- Willingness to work at the pace of digital, including after hours and on weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Digital, Public Relations, Communications or related degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 4-6 years organic social media marketing experience with a strong emphasis on analytics, insights, or performance
analysis - 2+ years analytical experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and translating insights into business recommendations.
- 1-2 years experience using social listening or digital analytics tools (Sprinklr preferred).
