Your Impact
The Analyst, Digital Category Optimization is responsible for evaluating the online experience for customers and evaluating the industry to create and test data-driven ways to improve upon the customer's shopping experience. The Analyst will review internal and external research and/or benchmarking, review and analyze customer information and other relevant data, conduct analyses, and provide insights and recommendations to identify areas of improvement for the customer shopping experience. The Analyst will track, analyze and report on key performance metrics to ensure activities within assigned area are meeting strategic and financial objectives.

What You Will Do
- Gather and compile competitive intelligence and data in a cohesive manner
- Build in-depth reports using data tools and analyze data to inform decisioning
- Interpret analysis across a variety of factors and provide data-driven recommendations to help inform project plans
- Effectively communicate project plans and needs with partner teams to ensure plans and programs are aligned with department strategies
- Execute tactical plans to address observed customer opportunities
- Conduct industry research to develop functional knowledge
- Support meetings with online and core merchants to deliver insights to guide future strategies, tactics or activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Education
- 1 year of experience in eCommerce, omnichannel merchandising or marketing, and/or brand or product management
- Experience using data analytics tools
