About this opportunity
The Marketing and Communications AI Motion Design Specialist works within an inhouse agency - the M&C Hub, to provide on-demand creative support to the global organization, where we believe strongly that design matters.
In this role, you will contribute to marketing and communications-related video and animation projects for both digital and offline channels, including paid campaigns, internal videos, social media content, events, and brand activations. You will work closely with the Creative Director and the Senior Motion Design Manager to develop various motion design assets.
A successful Motion Design Specialist must be able to simultaneously handle several projects in various stages of motion design with multiple collaborators for stakeholders all over the world. The ideal candidate has an eye and passion for design with a strong attention to detail, has a portfolio that demonstrates motion design and video editing skills.
This person must be resourceful, adaptable, and creative, with a readiness to embrace new challenges and learn in a dynamic production environment.
You will
  • edit video content and create motion graphics and animations using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects and various AI tools.
  • produce assets for paid, owned, and offline channels: videos, animations, banners, event screens.
  • develop creative and visual concepts for Ericsson Marketing and Communications teams worldwide
  • create engaging storyboards for animation projects
  • participate in developing communication campaigns

You will bring
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a graphic or motion design organization / agency
  • advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • strong skills in 2D animation, basic 3D literacy, sound mixing, and brand-focused design
  • proficiency in English
  • experience with AI-assisted video creation tools to produce photorealistic output, multimedia, and 3D asset generation via prompt engineering.
  • understanding of creative processes and quality standards
  • skill in developing narratives and visual plans during pre-production
  • ability to multitask and deliver in fast-paced environments
  • ability to produce content for emerging platforms, optimizing for vertical and short-form engagement.
  • demonstrated ability to operate independently and in group settings
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • portfolio/reel that demonstrates your motion design and video editing skills
