The Role

As an Advertising Account Manager on the Enterprise Team in our Bangkok office, you’ll play a vital role in working closely with Tier 1 brand & agency clients in the Thailand market to create and manage campaigns that get great results. This person will be responsible for managing a large, dynamic book of business and developing strong relationships with our advertisers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about content, has strong client-facing experience, and is ready to hit the ground running at an exciting, growing company.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • Minimum 3+ year’s experience in a client facing role account management role
  • Strong analytical skills – an interest in looking at data and analyzing it to be able to improve results
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills (handled a minimum of 10 accounts)
  • A confident presenter with outstanding communication skills
  • Seamless teamwork across diverse functions
  • Strong understanding of Thailand market
  • Native Thai speaker with professional fluency in English
Bonus points if you have:
  • Knowledge and experience of working with digital advertising platforms
  • Hands-on ad-operations experience – campaign set-up, monitoring, optimization and reporting on campaign success
  • Skilled in managing client relationships with enterprise-level organizations
  • Experience building and presenting quarterly business reviews
How you’ll make an impact:

As an Advertising Account Manager, you’ll bring value by doing:

  • Analyze book of business and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Proactive Consultation – ensuring that clients are following best practice and maximizing every opportunity to achieve account success on the platform.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts 
  • Reporting – analyzing and creating custom reports for clients where necessary
  • Campaign Management – Working with clients to help them hit their campaign goals, budgeting and scaling
  • Campaign launches – handling all technical requests to our support team in order to launch a campaign successfully – implementation of conversion tracking codes, targeting, spending caps, pacing, etc.
  • Creative Management – getting the RSS feeds, tracking codes, images and headlines from the client and upselling to get more content and a/b testing
  • Work closely with the sales team to successfully roll out new campaigns and ensuring client success
