1. The Team You'll Join
- Drive finance process optimization: Contribute to streamlining key P2P (Purchase-to-Pay), O2C (Order-to-Cash), and R2R (Record-to-Report) processes, making financial workflows more efficient and scalable across the organization.
- Lead the e-invoicing transformation: Pilot and support the deployment of France's mandatory e-invoicing and e-reporting reform, coordinating closely with finance, IT, and external software providers to ensure full compliance.
- Keep the finance stack running: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Mirakl's finance tool ecosystem: NetSuite, Payflows, Upflow, and Expensya.
- Enable teams through documentation and training: Formalize processes and support internal teams in adopting new tools, building lasting autonomy and operational excellence.
- 5+ years of experience as a freelance consultant or at an ESN, leading finance and information systems projects
- Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional projects involving P2P, O2C cycles, or ERP deployments
- Bac+5 from an engineering school, IT program, or a dual IT/Finance background
- Demonstrated knowledge of or strong interest in French e-invoicing regulations and certified platforms
- NetSuite proficiency (administration, configuration, integrations) — mandatory
- Cross-functional project coordination with finance, IT, and external stakeholders
- Finance process optimization across P2P, O2C, and R2R cycles
- Understanding of e-invoicing platforms and regulatory frameworks
- Curiosity and appetite for AI tools and digital automation
