The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, managing relationships, and taking responsibility for client campaigns that build sales pipeline.

You'll learn how modern technology companies grow, develop world-class sales skills, and gain exposure to senior decision-makers across international markets.

You'll receive hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders.

What You'll Do
  • Project manage new customer onboarding projects
  • Take ownership of weekly & monthly customer reporting
  • Run weekly check-in meetings and monthly campaign strategy sessions with our customers
  • Work closely with our internal SDR managers and sales enablement manager to analyse and optimise campaigns
  • Develop expertise in modern sales, technology, and Go-to-Market strategy

Requirements
  • Completed university degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years experience in a SDR or BDR role
  • Strong interest in business, technology, SaaS, or FinTech
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior business leaders
  • High levels of curiosity, resilience, coachability, and ambition
  • Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
