As an Account Executive for the Spanish market, you will drive the growth and adoption of Libra's AI platform across law firms and corporate legal departments in Spain. You will identify strategic opportunities, build executive relationships, and help customers transform legal work through AI-powered solutions, both independently and in collaboration with the local Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory commercial organization.
You will lead complex customer engagements from opportunity identification through deal closure, while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and the broader Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory (L&R) organization. Acting as both a trusted advisor and business developer, you will help customers realize measurable value from legal AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Own and coordinate the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to contract signature and expansion opportunities.
Build trusted relationships with the local sales organization, Managing Partners, Legal Operations leaders, and Innovation leaders.
Develop and execute account plans focused on high-value opportunities.
Lead negotiations involving legal, procurement, IT, and business stakeholders.
Deliver compelling business cases and ROI-driven presentations that demonstrate the value of Libra's AI platform.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
Internal Collaboration & Market Development
Train and enable the local Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory commercial teams on Libra's value proposition, legal AI use cases, customer positioning, and sales approaches.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
Share market intelligence and customer feedback to help shape product strategy and commercial best practices.
What You'll Bring
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Technology, or a related field.
Experience
3+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, legal technology, or consultative B2B sales.
Proven success in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and achieving growth targets.
Experience working with law firms, legal departments, or professional services organizations.
Experience with AI, digital transformation, or legal technology solutions is highly desirable.
Legal background or experience in the legal sector preferred.
Familiarity with legal AI, legal innovation, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus.
Skills
