本ポジションは、HPE NetworkingのCommercial Account(約1,000社)を担当する営業チームのファーストラインマネージャーとして、担当エリア(関東・関西・東海)におけるビジネス成長をリードします。営業チーム(関東4名、西日本1名)のマネジメントを通じて、売上および収益目標の達成、顧客価値の最大化、ならびに組織戦略の実行に責任を持ちます。

また、マーケティングチームをはじめとする関連部門と連携し、Contact Acquisitionおよびパイプライン創出を推進します。

社内の担当SEチーム、およびHPE Networkingパートナーと密接に連携し、顧客に対する最適なソリューション提供を推進します。

主な職務内容

■ ビジネスマネジメント

  • 担当エリアにおける営業戦略およびビジネスプランの策定・実行
  • 売上・利益目標の達成に向けたリソース配分および営業活動の促新
  • アカウントプランの策定・レビューおよび企業戦略との整合性確保
  • パイプライン管理(案件創出・進捗・品質の可視化および改善)
  • 重要案件における交渉支援および意思決定
  • 競合分析に基づく戦略立案および差別化の推進
  • マーケティングチームおよび関連部門と連携したContact Acquisitionおよび新規パイプライン創出の推進

■ 営業チームのリーダーシップ

  • 営業メンバー(5名)のパフォーマンス管理およびコーチング
