Manages implementation partners, delivery quality, customer escalations, operational efficiency, and team development. Balances customer outcomes, commercial objectives, and scalable delivery while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and executive stakeholders.

Own a portfolio of ANZ B2B SaaS customers across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, retention, and expansion. Build relationships with stakeholders, lead success and business reviews, manage renewal readiness and commercial conversations, identify growth opportunities, monitor customer health and usage signals, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.
