The Role
Build and shape Zensai’s Product Operations function by improving product information, systems, decision-making, prioritization, roadmapping, discovery, and cross-functional coordination. Integrate customer feedback, product usage, business data, and financial impact reporting. Own shared product tools and practices, and apply AI, agents, and automation to reduce operational work and improve product delivery.
Summary Generated by Built In

Our Product, Engineering and Design teams are evolving how they work as we grow, bring our products closer together and make greater use of AI and automation.

As part of that, we’re moving closer to the “product operating model”: giving teams better customer and product insights, enabling decisions closer to the work and creating stronger connections between strategy, discovery and delivery, etc.

That’s why we’re hiring our first Product Operations Manager. You’ll build the function and shape how it develops over time.

You’ll work closely with Henrik, our VP of Product, and partner with leaders and teams across Product, Engineering, Design and the wider business. You won’t inherit a finished Product Operations setup. You’ll identify where dedicated support can create the greatest leverage, build on what already works, and establish an approach that fits Zensai. This is an enablement role: you’ll improve the information, systems and operating rhythm around product work without taking craft or product decisions away from the teams that own them.

What you’ll be doing
  • Create clarity and alignment across Product, Engineering and Design.

  • Bring customer feedback, product usage and business data together so teams can identify the right problems, test ideas earlier and make informed product decisions.

  • Improve how teams prioritise, plan roadmaps, run discovery and coordinate work across Product, Engineering and Design

  • Take ownership of the tools and shared practices that support product discovery, feedback, insights and delivery

  • Connect product initiatives to business and financial impact, including supporting CAPEX/OPEX reporting

  • Find practical ways to use AI, agents and automation across discovery and delivery, reducing recurring operational work and helping reshape how product work gets done.

What success looks like
  • Teams can easily find and use the customer, product and business information they need

  • Product decisions have a clear rationale, and teams can see how customers respond to what we build

  • Prioritisation, roadmapping and cross-functional work become more consistent and easier to navigate

  • AI and automation deliver improvements that teams can see and measure

What you bring
  • You have strong experience in Product Operations, Product Management or a related role, including building or improving how product teams work.

  • You’ve worked in a mature product organisation and can use that experience to build an approach that fits Zensai

  • You’re comfortable working with customer, product and business data, including how data is captured and moves between systems

  • You have practical experience using AI, agents or automation to improve product work

  • You can bring people with different priorities together and influence decisions without formal authority.

  • You work confidently and independently in an international organisation and communicate clearly in English.

If you enjoy improving how good teams work together and want to shape Product Operations at Zensai, we’d love to hear from you.
