Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment across technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, extending offers, building talent pipelines, partnering with founders and teams, supporting employer branding, and tracking recruitment metrics through dashboard reporting.

Design and implement scalable, performant front-end applications using modern web technologies. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces. Lead architecture and code-quality improvements, optimize performance, mentor junior developers, and meet project timelines.

Own end-to-end enterprise customer deployments of Zamp’s platform across customer-controlled infrastructure. Design Kubernetes architectures, configure and troubleshoot Helm releases, manage upgrades, scaling, incidents, observability, security, and deployment supply chains, including air-gapped environments. Partner with customer platform, security, and DevOps teams while developing reusable automation, validation tools, runbooks, and operational standards. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to turn customer requirements into reliable deployment plans and platform improvements.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend systems using Go, Redis, Kafka/PubSub, Kubernetes, and job schedulers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs, ensure code quality via testing and CI, resolve performance bottlenecks, and improve engineering practices in a fintech context.

Translate customer processes into AI-driven workflow specifications, generate and assemble code using internal tooling, validate and deploy end-to-end workflows, monitor performance and KPIs, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to drive adoption and impact.

Design, deploy, and maintain self-hosted and hybrid infrastructure with Kubernetes and Terraform. Build CI/CD pipelines, implement monitoring and logging, write automation scripts, own on-call/incident response, and enforce security and compliance for production systems.

Own and grow a portfolio of international enterprise accounts by deepening relationships, driving renewals and expansions, and coordinating with product and implementation teams. Serve as customer advocate, lead account planning and executive reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and travel frequently for onsite engagements to ensure successful outcomes.

Owner-style product manager who defines vision, decides what to build, ships working MVPs, owns metrics, talks to users, delegates busywork to AI, and iterates rapidly. Required to submit a shipped MVP plus a pitch as part of application.

Design and evolve the architecture for Zamp's AI-driven digital employees, translating product requirements into scalable, secure designs. Drive standards, enable fast iteration without sacrificing reliability, lead cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers to raise the technical bar.

Work directly with the Founder to lead strategic initiatives across strategy, operations, partnerships, fundraising, global expansion, talent, and customer experience. Drive projects end-to-end, analyze opportunities, cultivate partnerships, support investor relations, and help scale processes across cross-functional teams.
