About the Team:
At Zamp, our engineering team is the force behind our technological innovations. Transforming the most ambitious ideas into reality, we breathe life into dreams through code and hardware. With the right mix of expertise and creativity, this team is the unseen magicians who add a dash of tech wizardry to make Zamp’s products shine.

Key Responsibilities:
Designing and developing high-quality, scalable, and performant front-end solutions using modern web technologies
Collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to translate requirements and designs into functional, user-friendly interfaces
Acting as a technical expert, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in front-end development
Driving continuous improvement in development processes, code quality, and front-end architecture
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices, standards, and coding conventions
Conducting performance optimisations and ensuring the scalability and responsiveness of our front-end applications
Championing usability and accessibility standards, ensuring our applications are intuitive and accessible to a diverse user base
Staying informed about user feedback and conducting user testing to make data-driven decisions for UI/UX improvements
Staying aligned with project timelines and delivering high-quality work within agreed-upon deadlines
Qualifications:
3-7 years of experience as a Front-End Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality front-end solutions
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
Experience in leading a team or mentoring junior developers, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills
Deep understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding solutions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
