Lead credit underwriting for Yubi’s MENA enterprise loans platform. Responsibilities include managing UAE and India credit teams, reviewing loan applications, owning CAM quality, conducting financial and business analysis, interpreting multi-lender credit policies, advising relationship managers, liaising with banks, and overseeing deals from sanction through disbursement. The role also develops credit standards, improves platform processes, supports product enhancements, and ensures regulatory and lender-specific requirements are met.

Lead pre-sales activities for credit underwriting and risk assessment solutions. Partner with sales, product, and technology teams to understand lender needs, design tailored functional solutions, conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals and documentation, address client queries, and support pilots and proof-of-concepts. Act as a subject matter expert on lending workflows, risk policies, scorecards, data sources, regulations, and automation while influencing product enhancements and stakeholder decisions.

Own production issue resolution, root cause analysis, query development, log analysis, Python scripting, automation, and process improvement. The role supports system reliability by debugging data and application problems, optimizing workflows, collaborating with engineering and QA teams, and documenting solutions. Required experience includes 3–5 years in production support, Python, database querying, troubleshooting, and technical process improvement.

Drives mortgage volume through UAE aggregator and broker partnerships. The role develops channel growth strategies, onboards partners, manages senior relationships, owns the mortgage sales pipeline through disbursal, enables partners with training and materials, and monitors application quality, credit-policy adherence, LTV caps, DBR requirements, and delinquency risks. It also gathers market intelligence on competitors, pricing, products, and property-market trends to inform internal product and strategy decisions.

Engage stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, configure platforms for client onboarding, support data migration, develop test cases, facilitate UAT and go-live, maintain documentation, and provide post-launch client support. Contribute to architecture, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and peer mentoring.

Lead high-budget performance marketing campaigns across paid, affiliate, app, SEO, and ASO channels. Develop long-term growth strategies, optimize acquisition funnels and user journeys, manage budgets, analyze behavioral and campaign data, build dashboards, and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with product, business, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Experience with BFSI is advantageous.

Develop and maintain Node.js and FastAPI APIs for voice-bot orchestration and deployment. Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Docker, and AWS ECR; operate Kubernetes clusters on EKS or K3S; integrate ASR, TTS, and telephony systems; and implement monitoring and alerting. The role supports highly available infrastructure for more than 10 million daily interactions and collaborates on scheduling outbound voice campaigns through a campaign management platform.

Develop and maintain scalable finance marketplace software, including user experience and business logic. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and architects; participate in code and design reviews; establish engineering best practices; build microservices and APIs; evaluate technologies; support cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, testing, and secure application development; and contribute to technical hiring and engineering team leadership.

Lead the architecture and hands-on development of Yubi’s agentic AI platform. Design multi-agent systems, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, evaluation and reliability frameworks, developer tooling, and scalable AI infrastructure. Establish engineering standards for responsible, explainable, compliant, and cost-efficient AI. Mentor senior engineers, influence architecture across teams, shape technical roadmaps with executive leadership, support hiring, and represent the company externally.

Develops and implements business solutions that improve growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, conducts market research, leads project planning and execution, manages timelines and budgets, mitigates risks, reports results, and applies Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies. The role also includes stakeholder relationship management, change initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.
