Leads SME borrower acquisition and onboarding across the MENA region. Manages acquisition teams, sets KPIs, develops sales strategies, builds corporate and lender relationships, oversees platform onboarding, and improves operational processes. The role uses market insights and performance data to increase borrower growth, lender matching, customer satisfaction, and cross-selling opportunities while collaborating with product, compliance, legal, marketing, and technology teams.

Originate and manage anchor relationships for Yubi’s Supply Chain Finance business, drive revenue and AUM growth, negotiate commercial agreements, launch lender programs, support ERP integrations, and develop cross-sell strategies. The role partners with Product, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Lender teams to tailor solutions, troubleshoot program growth, support business planning, and achieve revenue targets across assigned geographies.

Provides end-to-end IT support for Bangalore users, including incident management, onboarding, offboarding, laptop provisioning, executive support, asset tracking, compliance and patch remediation. Supports network infrastructure, firewalls, events, audits, power shutdowns, entity migrations, HR training, interviews, and dedicated IT needs for Finfort and Spocto. Coordinates with central network teams and maintains accurate asset and access records.
