Provides first-line technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, hardware, software, and basic network issues. Installs and configures operating systems, applications, drivers, and hardware; maintains workstation security compliance using encryption, CrowdStrike, and GlobalProtect. Documents incidents and resolutions, escalates complex problems to higher-level teams, and delivers clear, professional end-user communication.

Manage co-lending partnerships, onboard lenders and originators, and increase platform transaction volume. Responsibilities include understanding lending products, policies, workflows, LOS/LMS systems, and loan journeys; structuring partnerships; coordinating multiple projects; and collaborating with implementation, product, delivery, and client teams to design and launch tailored workflows.

Develop and own backend software components for a finance marketplace. Responsibilities include designing enterprise web services, implementing product requirements, ensuring end-to-end quality, evaluating technologies, collaborating across teams, managing changing business needs, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Kafka, databases, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, microservices, REST APIs, monitoring, CI/CD, and secure application development.
