Teams at Yubi

Own the full B2B sales cycle for Yubi’s US market launch, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing. Build pipeline from scratch, develop financial-services relationships, refine go-to-market strategy, provide market intelligence, and help establish the US sales team. The role requires a strong hunter mentality, executive presence, consultative selling, and comfort operating in an ambiguous, early-stage environment.

Own the creative vision and execution of AI-generated enterprise videos, including visual language, storytelling, templates, prompts, narration, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients to develop compelling narratives, manage feedback cycles, lead multiple projects, mentor creative contributors, and coordinate with product, engineering, and AI teams. Experiment with emerging AI video formats, personalization, localization, and interactive content while building scalable creative workflows.

Originate and manage anchor relationships for Yubi’s Supply Chain Finance business, drive revenue and AUM growth, negotiate commercial agreements, launch lender programs, support ERP integrations, and develop cross-sell strategies. The role partners with Product, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Lender teams to tailor solutions, troubleshoot program growth, support business planning, and achieve revenue targets across assigned geographies.
