Directs membership sales and services for a YMCA branch. Responsibilities include supervising and training membership representatives, managing prospecting and follow-up systems, achieving sales and retention goals, overseeing member service standards, coordinating onboarding and events, managing the membership budget, addressing member feedback, and supporting daily branch operations, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts.

Officiate YMCA youth futsal league games by enforcing rules, maintaining a safe and positive environment, resolving conflicts, and coordinating with league staff. Referees work 2–4 assigned games per day, complete score and statistic sheets, operate the scoreboard when needed, and assist with gym setup and cleanup. Sunday availability is required, along with USSF certification and knowledge of U.S. Youth Futsal rules.

Partners with leaders and managers on HR strategy, employee relations, investigations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, change management, and workforce planning. Leads engagement, policy, HR systems, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliant, consistent HR practices. Coaches managers, supports onboarding and training, analyzes HR data, and contributes to a positive employee experience across company locations.

Provides enrollment, billing, financial, and clerical support for a child development department. Processes childcare applications, renewals, registrations, payments, terminations, waitlists, attendance, and financial assistance documentation. Maintains program records, supports audits, prepares reports for state and federal agencies, and ensures compliance with childcare requirements. Engages families, resolves enrollment issues, coordinates with agencies, and promotes YMCA programs and youth development services.

Provides exceptional customer service to YMCA members and program participants, promotes memberships, handles inquiries and membership administration, supports billing and account outreach, and assists with program registration. Trains and coaches Welcome Center staff, helps resolve scheduling issues, maintains organized records, supports shift coverage, and communicates member feedback and operational updates to leadership.

Supports YMCA daily operations by welcoming members, organizing activities, maintaining clean and orderly spaces, monitoring safety, enforcing policies, assisting during emergencies, and providing friendly customer service. Works collaboratively with staff, attends training and meetings, follows supervisor instructions, and may cover opening, closing, weekend, or substitute shifts. This is a part-time seasonal role requiring flexible availability and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
