The Role
Officiate YMCA youth futsal league games by enforcing rules, maintaining a safe and positive environment, resolving conflicts, and coordinating with league staff. Referees work 2–4 assigned games per day, complete score and statistic sheets, operate the scoreboard when needed, and assist with gym setup and cleanup. Sunday availability is required, along with USSF certification and knowledge of U.S. Youth Futsal rules.

•Must be at least 21 years old
•Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GEDObtain CPR and First Aide Certification within 90 days of employment. Referees will also be required to maintain these certifications by attending all necessary trainings.
