Investigate, escalate, and resolve technical issues across Yext’s publisher network. Act as a client- and publisher-facing representative, manage ticket escalations and SLAs, coordinate with Product and Engineering, maintain publisher category taxonomies, document processes, oversee outsourced support, and use Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and scripts to audit accounts and assess operational health.

The Director, Enterprise Sales is responsible for expanding the client base in Financial Services, managing complex sales cycles, and driving revenue growth by building relationships and implementing effective sales strategies.
