Teams at Yext

Develop and maintain scalable, reliable shared systems across Yext’s customer platform. Responsibilities include participating in the full software development lifecycle, designing and deploying infrastructure, developing storage systems, libraries, and frameworks, writing tested and documented code, collaborating across teams, and improving engineering practices. The role also involves responsibly using and validating AI-assisted development tools while maintaining ownership of code quality, security, privacy, and maintainability.

Investigate, escalate, and resolve technical issues across Yext’s publisher network. Act as a client- and publisher-facing representative, manage ticket escalations and SLAs, coordinate with Product and Engineering, maintain publisher category taxonomies, document processes, oversee outsourced support, and use Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and scripts to audit accounts and assess operational health.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications using React and backend technologies, develop ETL jobs for customer data in the Yext Knowledge Graph, improve development tooling, advise stakeholders on technical tradeoffs, collaborate with product, design, and project management, and deliver clean, tested code through Scrum-based development.
