Build and evolve Yext’s Knowledge Graph product, including scalable infrastructure, APIs, storage systems, libraries, frameworks, and data workflows. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, write tested and documented code, improve engineering practices, and collaborate across teams. Engineers will work with complex data modeling, distributed systems, and AI-assisted development tools while validating output for correctness, security, privacy, and maintainability.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack software for social media products, including content libraries, campaign management, scheduling, publishing workflows, and AI-powered content creation. Responsibilities include participating in the full software development lifecycle, building backend services and storage systems, writing tested code, deploying reliable systems, collaborating across teams, and responsibly evaluating AI-assisted development output.

Commercial Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscription and other commercial agreements for enterprise, mid-market, partner, and procurement transactions. The role will improve contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes; support sales contract negotiations; address data privacy and security matters; and train employees. Candidates need 3–5 years of corporate or commercial legal experience, strong contract skills, a U.S. law degree, and an active license to practice law.
