Develop and run local influencer marketing strategies and campaigns, identify and manage influencer relationships, negotiate agreements, coordinate with legal and teams, monitor KPIs/ROI, manage budgets, ensure brand and regulatory compliance, and run influencer events and communications.

Support marketing by creating visual assets for social media, websites, CRM, and digital campaigns. Develop creative assets from marketing briefs, maintain brand consistency, iterate with the Marketing and Content teams based on feedback. Portfolio required.

Write and edit articles, translate English into Czech, ensure terminology consistency, cooperate with analysts, and update content in response to market developments. Part‑time role for current university students interested in finance and markets.

Lead and grow XTB's partner network in Hungary, owning full lifecycle from partner identification and negotiation to campaign launch, performance analysis, and relationship management. Develop partnership initiatives, monitor market trends, ensure brand compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and reporting.

Support analysts by translating educational materials, collecting and analyzing financial market information, assisting with operational research tasks, and preparing internal reports and presentations while learning from expert analysts.

Monitor and analyse global macroeconomic data and FX markets, produce daily and recurring market commentaries, reports and recommendations, identify investment opportunities, collaborate with teams, and present analyses to clients and in public forums (media, webinars, conferences).

Handle inbound leads by phone, identify client needs, recommend XTB products, perform follow-up and schedule meetings, provide training on financial markets and XTB platforms, collaborate with Account Manager and Team Leader, and grow within the Sales department.

Provide French-speaking clients with timely support via phone and written channels, resolve complaints, maintain client records in CRM, monitor global markets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
