Responsibilities:
- providing excellent customer service (supporting Spanish-speaking clients)
- building up positive relationships with customers
- resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
- monitoring of the situation on financial markets
- working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
- cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Requirements:
- Spanish language - native or proficiency level required
- English language - B2 level required
- willingness to work both day and night shifts
- responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
- strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- good knowledge of MS Office

- previous experience in a customer service role
