Leads XTB’s sales strategy for investment products and services, overseeing revenue growth, targets, budgets, KPIs, client relationships, negotiations, compliance, and operational reporting. Manages and develops sales teams, incentive structures, recruitment, and performance programs. Engages VIP clients and financial markets, prepares customized solutions, delivers training, and represents the company publicly through media, conferences, and industry events.

Drives new business generation across the MENA financial services market by acquiring clients, developing Introducing Broker and strategic partner relationships, managing the commercial pipeline, negotiating agreements, and achieving revenue targets. Conducts market research, represents the company at industry events, maintains professional relationships, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to expand market share and improve business development processes.

Provide customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through written and phone communication. Resolve complaints, maintain customer relationships, monitor financial markets, update CRM records, and coordinate with internal departments and external branches. The role requires Spanish proficiency, B2 English, strong communication skills, multitasking, and willingness to work day and night shifts.
