Design and implement Java-based microservices (majority backend) and contribute to Angular frontends. Work in Scrum, build high-performance, scalable, highly-available systems processing large data volumes, and maintain code quality, testing, and deployments across Kubernetes/Rancher infrastructure.

Lead XTB Indonesia's social media and PR efforts: develop multi-channel strategies, create content calendars, run influencer and PR campaigns, ensure regulatory-compliant communications, align organic content with paid efforts, track performance metrics, monitor market trends, and manage/mentor the social team and external partners to drive brand awareness and qualified lead generation.

Design, build, and operate an enterprise AI developer platform enabling LLM routing, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, observability, secure multi-tenant APIs, and GitOps deployments. Lead platform initiatives, mentor engineers, and provide self-service developer tools and prompt/versioning systems.
