Design, architect, and deliver Power Platform/Power Automate solutions. Gather requirements with business SMEs, integrate with Microsoft services and third-party APIs, build custom connectors and web resources, create licensing/ROI models, and provide end-user training and support.

Lead delivery and configuration of Tungsten Automation solutions, act as onsite SME, gather and document business/technical requirements, develop and install customer-specific configurations, provide technical leadership, troubleshoot, and manage multiple projects while coordinating with project managers to meet schedule and budget.

Own post-sales customer adoption and value realization for automation solutions. Serve as primary client contact, build executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, advise on automation and cybersecurity strategies, and contribute thought leadership to drive retention and renewals.

Lead enterprise sales for SaaS, BPO, RPA and AI automation offerings; develop strategy, generate pipeline, respond to RFPs, close new-logo deals, and build and mentor a high-performing sales team while aligning with product, marketing, and customer success.

Support marketing operations by managing HubSpot database hygiene, building and executing outbound email campaigns, segmenting audiences, maintaining MQL pipelines, producing performance dashboards/reports, auditing and enriching prospect data (ZoomInfo), and managing recurring tasks and documentation.

Design and deliver enterprise UiPath automation solutions, lead architectural evaluations, guide implementation teams, support pre-sales, develop custom activities, ensure compliance with client architecture and best practices.
