Design, develop, and deploy Tungsten TotalAgility document capture and workflow solutions. Configure classification, extraction, OCR, forms, queues, and business rules. Lead delivery and configuration of Tungsten Automation solutions, act as onsite SME, gather and document business/technical requirements, develop and install customer-specific configurations, provide technical leadership, troubleshoot, and manage multiple projects while coordinating with project managers to meet schedule and budget.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise RPA and intelligent automation solutions. Own architecture, tool selection (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism), integrations with ERPs and cloud, non-functional requirements, orchestration, CI/CD, and governance. Mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders through discovery to production.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale web applications and APIs. Architect scalable, secure solutions, implement AI/GenAI integrations (Azure OpenAI/Copilot), manage Azure deployments and CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), own ERP/CRM applications, drive modernization, mentor teams, and ensure SSDLC and operational excellence.

Assist in designing, developing, and implementing automation and AI solutions. Work with clients to gather requirements, develop solutions using Python, SQL, APIs and RPA tools, and participate in testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing support while staying current with emerging technologies.
