Coordinate obstetrics patient care from intake through postpartum: meet new patients, complete medical history and OB flow sheets, ensure prenatal paperwork, provide maternity education, monitor labs, arrange referrals, contact non-compliant patients, conduct postpartum calls, review OB billing, collaborate with financial staff, answer patient questions, and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Lead and supervise payment posting and cash reconciliation operations, ensuring accurate posting of ERA/EFT, lockbox, patient and insurance payments. Manage unapplied cash resolution, month-end reconciliations, audits, and revenue integrity. Partner with AR, billing, finance, and practice operations; coach staff and maintain policies and controls.

Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in an established Orlando/Winter Park practice, including in-office sonography and surgery. Collaborate with board-certified physicians, APPs, and CNM hospitalists, participate in physician-led committees, mentor new graduates, and support patient-centered care across the lifespan. Admit to Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies and engage in quality and professional development activities.

Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in a well-established West Palm Beach practice. Manage 20–25 patients daily across three offices, perform in-office sonography, mammography, and surgeries, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and hospital partners, and participate in physician-led committees and continuing education.

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a multi-specialty practice, including deliveries at the local hospital, office-based procedures and sonography, collaborate with colleagues, participate in on-call coverage with post-call flexibility, engage in mentorship and continuous professional development, and support practice-led committees and quality initiatives.

Perform obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound exams including nuchal translucency, fetal surveys, hysterosonograms, and 3D/4D scans; evaluate image quality, document findings in the EMR, provide professional patient care, comply with HIPAA, participate in team meetings, and float to regional clinics on an as-needed PRN basis (minimum two shifts/month).

Provide patient-centered care, maintain professionalism, comply with HIPAA, participate in team and professional development activities, and perform other duties as assigned.
