Perform OB/GYN ultrasound examinations including nuchal translucency, fetal surveys, hysterosonograms, and 3D/4D scans; evaluate image quality and document findings in the electronic medical record; maintain patient communication, HIPAA compliance, and participate in team meetings and professional development.

Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments and procedures by contacting payers and using insurer websites. Document eligibility, deductibles, co-pays, provider participation status, and communicate with patients and payers. Respond to billing customer service calls and emails, maintain HIPAA compliance, and perform other assigned duties to support clinical operations.
