Leads multi-country performance marketing strategy across paid media, programmatic, affiliate, and digital growth channels. Responsibilities include roadmap development, budget allocation, forecasting, scenario modeling, experimentation, creative effectiveness testing, automation, and new-market launches. The role serves as a performance marketing thought leader and partners with Product, Technology, Analytics, and Commercial teams to connect media performance with revenue, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and profitability.

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured, and Postman. Integrate tests into Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, create reports, lead QA strategies, perform root cause analysis, review automation code, mentor junior engineers, and drive testing-process improvements across Agile/Scrum projects.

Own the marketing budget, funnel performance, measurement framework, brand strategy, and integrated campaigns across multiple markets and channels. Lead agencies and partners, manage YouTube, video, social, influencer, paid media, and CRM initiatives, and optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and brand health. Build and develop a high-performing marketing team while partnering with senior leadership, product, data science, performance marketing, and communications teams.

Own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, UX development, releases, and performance goals for travel marketplace products. Collaborate with designers, engineers, business intelligence, marketing, and stakeholders to conduct research, define features, manage Agile projects, analyze product metrics, coordinate releases, and continuously improve customer and business outcomes.

Manage and automate cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, containerize and orchestrate applications, implement IaC and configuration management, set up monitoring and logging, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive DevOps initiatives and continuous improvement.

The Software Engineer will enhance web applications, design APIs, optimize databases, implement security practices, and adopt AI in the development process.
