Wingie Enuygun Group is looking for a Product Manager to join its growing Technology department. In this role, you will have the chance to be part of the team that has developed one of Turkey's most successful internet businesses.
Requirements
What makes you special?
- You have minimum 4 years of product management expertise
- You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing or management
- You have experience in a technology company, preferably an internet company
- You are a team player

- You have a proven track record of working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end
What we expect from you:
- Oversee the product roadmap and strategy for your products
- Work closely with the design team in conducting user research, validating product requirements, defining workflows and UX design
- Work collaboratively with engineers, user experience designers, business intelligence, marketing, and end users to incorporate their feedback into the product definition process
- Define new products and feature business cases by working collaboratively with business and IT teams
- Help manage internal and external product requests from the customers and internal constituents
- Lead the products' UX Development Process such as A/B Testing etc.
- Work with the PR and marketing teams on product release communication
- Leverage analytics to constantly refine and improve strategy
- Define workflows, mock-ups, critical activities, decisions, dependencies, deliverables and milestones associated with Agile Project Management
- Closely monitor projects to assure that resources are sufficient to successfully achieve project objectives and initiate actions to adjust resource levels in a change of project scope
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, presentations, status reports and other similar documents used and produced by the project team
- Develop metrics/goals and report out weekly/monthly progress according to KPI's
- Work closely with the Business Intelligence and Digital Marketing / Marketing teams to analyze the performance of the product
- Continuously improve the product to reach and exceed product performance targets, hence contribute to the growth of Enuygun and Wingie

Skills Required
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or management
- Experience working at a technology company, preferably an internet company
- Proven experience coordinating, planning, executing, and tracking product releases with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
