The Role
Leads multi-country performance marketing strategy across paid media, programmatic, affiliate, and digital growth channels. Responsibilities include roadmap development, budget allocation, forecasting, scenario modeling, experimentation, creative effectiveness testing, automation, and new-market launches. The role serves as a performance marketing thought leader and partners with Product, Technology, Analytics, and Commercial teams to connect media performance with revenue, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and profitability.

Wingie Enuygun Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join its growing Growth department. In this role, you will have the chance to be part of the team that has developed one of Turkey's most successful internet businesses.
Requirements
What makes you special?
- 7–10+ years in performance marketing with demonstrated leadership in high-scale digital environments (e-commerce, travel-tech strongly preferred).
- Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search/App/YouTube), Meta, Programmatic DSPs, and affiliate ecosystems.
- Advanced knowledge of GA4, MMPs, GTM, Looker/BigQuery, and attribution systems.
- Strong quantitative background: comfortable with complex data, forecasting, CAC/LTV modelling, and incrementality understanding.
- Business acumen: able to connect media performance to P&L impact, contribution margins, and revenue planning.
- Effective cross-functional partner with Product, Tech, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
- Fluent in English; able to work with global partners and stakeholders.
- Ambitious, structured, analytical, and comfortable in high-speed, AI-first environments.

- Develop a multi-country paid media roadmap aligned with Enuygun’s strategic growth priorities.
- Scale performance channels with disciplined budget allocation, automation, and structured experimentation (bidding, creatives, segmentation).
- Lead creative effectiveness by deploying structured test frameworks (UGC, video, dynamic feed assets).
- Manage forecasting, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis for performance budgets.
- Serve as the performance thought-leader across the organisation educating teams on best practices, trends, and automation opportunities.
- Guide new market launches, ensuring rapid testing, sizing, and performance ramp-up.

Skills Required
