Prepare aging reports, collaborate with sales and operations to resolve billing issues, and maintain accurate customer account data while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

Facilitate investigations, support managers, and run employee recognition and training programs in a hybrid work environment (three days in-office).
