Develop sales and marketing strategies to grow wine and spirits distribution across an assigned territory. Maintain relationships with customer decision-makers, negotiate purchasing agreements, provide product education, host tastings and events, monitor sales performance, and coordinate billing, ordering, and shipping needs. The role requires significant driving and occasional air or train travel, along with lifting up to 45 pounds.

Sells and promotes wine products to existing and prospective chain retail customers. Develops sales plans, manages account relationships, visits accounts, builds displays, rotates stock, supports educational and promotional events, monitors sales growth, and coordinates customer ordering and shipping needs. The role requires significant travel, physical merchandising work, and occasional weekend availability.

Provides IT support through phone, email, and ticketing systems; troubleshoots hardware, software, network, server, and connectivity issues; provisions accounts and IT resources; monitors system performance; documents resolutions; supports applications, endpoints, vendors, and IT projects; escalates issues as needed. The role is hybrid in Pine Brook, New Jersey, with travel to other offices and occasional flexible-hours coverage.
