Drives sales, visibility, and brand execution for imported and domestic wine and spirits across a defined territory. Builds relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts; develops execution plans; supports account selling; monitors market trends; delivers product education and training; supports launches and activations; manages sampling budgets; and provides territory performance reporting.

Prepares monthly excise, sales and use, beverage, and miscellaneous indirect tax filings; submits filings and payments; reviews municipal taxes; supports unclaimed property reporting; assists with state revenue audits; compiles outsourced filing data; and creates ad hoc reports. The role requires strong organization, data management, Excel proficiency, communication skills, and a college degree, with accounting, finance, business, and CPA backgrounds preferred.

Develops sales and marketing plans to expand wine and spirits distribution, manages customer relationships, negotiates purchasing agreements, monitors territory growth, and provides wine education and tasting events. Coordinates with accounting and customer service to resolve billing, ordering, and shipping needs. The role requires significant automobile travel, occasional overnight travel, customer communication, reporting, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
