Leads regional spirits sales and marketing strategy, manages Spirits Specialists, develops customer and supplier relationships, oversees staffing and budgets, prioritizes brands, launches products, executes programs and meetings, and drives revenue growth. The role requires significant automobile and regional travel, personnel supervision, performance management, communication with sales leadership, and compliance with training and operational requirements.

Drives spirits sales and supplier brand growth across on- and off-premise accounts. Partners with district managers, sales leadership, and suppliers to expand distribution, open accounts, execute market initiatives, and achieve KPIs. Serves as a spirits subject-matter expert by leading tastings, staff training, consumer events, presentations, and educational programs. Identifies market trends and portfolio opportunities while supporting marketing communications and social media engagement.

Manage and grow existing and prospective accounts via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Maintain CRM and sales pipeline, process orders, resolve inquiries, educate customers on products, hit sales targets and KPIs, and collaborate with field teams and transportation to ensure excellent service.
